Indigenous People’s Day Offering

The Synod of the Northeast is responding to the call of the 225th General Assembly to create stronger relationships with our sibling PC(U.S.A.) Indigenous Churches. The money raised in this special offering will directly benefit our Synod’s four Indigenous congregations: Brook (Hudson River Presbytery), Jimersontown and Wright Memorial (Western New York Presbytery), and Shinnecock (Long Island Presbytery). Your donation will support a Synod-wide Mission Day at each of the four congregations in September 2024. We are encouraging volunteers from around the Synod to participate in the Mission Day, which is focused on building repairs, relationship building, and a cultural experience. But first, we need your help to fund this new and bold vision of accompaniment.
