The Synod will offer two 90-minute virtual COM training opportunities; on June 14th at 6:30 pm and June 15th at 10:00 am. The training will be led by our own Synod Transitional Leader, the Rev. Dr. SanDawna Gaulman Ashley. 

The training will include: 

-           COM Oversight and Authority 

-           Communication, Polity, and Procedures 

-           The Call Process 

-           Managing Pastoral Transitions 

-           Advocacy and Support 

-           Flexible and innovative models of COMs
