Early Ministry Institute: A Week of Learning, Collaboration, and Relationship Building
The Early Ministry Institute (EMI) recently concluded another successful week of learning, collaboration, and relationship-building. This year’s participants engaged in a range of meaningful plenaries and workshops designed to enhance their skills and knowledge in various aspects of ministry. Topics included “Butts in the Seats and the Streets,” “How to Work with Volunteers,” “Community Organizing,” “Fundraising,” and much more. These sessions provided valuable insights and practical strategies for effective ministry.
The time spent with cohort groups proved to be invaluable, fostering deep connections and mutual support among new pastors. The shared experiences and collective wisdom within these groups created a supportive environment for growth and learning.
