Join Us for Synod-Wide Indigenous Mission Day – September 28, 2024

Get ready for an incredible opportunity to make a difference and be part of something truly meaningful! The Synod-wide Indigenous Mission Day is happening on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We’re calling on all willing hearts and hands to come together at either Brook Church in Hillburn, NY or Shinnecock Presbyterian Church in Southampton, NY, for a day of service, connection, and community.

***No experience is needed***—just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to help! Whether you're a skilled volunteer or trying out something new, your presence will make a significant impact. This is a wonderful chance for youth aged 13 and older to get involved, learn, and grow while contributing to the vital work of supporting our Indigenous communities.

We'll be focusing on various tasks, from building repairs to cultural exchange and relationship-building activities. It's more than just a workday; it's an opportunity to learn, connect, and make lasting memories while supporting these historic congregations.

So, mark your calendars, rally your friends and family, and come lend a hand! Let’s make this a day to remember as we come together in service, unity, and celebration of our shared mission.
